With Christmas now just over a month away, it really is time to get your online shopping sorted - and the good news is that NOVEMBER IS SALES SEASON!

We have already had the Click Frenzy sales event but the special offers continue. The sales are about to go to another level with Black Friday (on 27 November) and Cyber Monday (on 30 November). Indeed, many of our retail partners are offering bargains across the entire Cyber Weekend and some are even planning to start their sales earlier than Friday. So, as always, please make sure you visit www.charitybuy.com.au before doing any online shopping to ensure that your purchase benefits your nominated charity. An action as small as just a couple of clicks really can help raise much-needed funds for charity and it won’t cost you anything extra.

We have already had a bit of a sneak peek at some of the savings to be made and you definitely don’t want to miss these sales if you have gifts to buy or are planning to treat yourself to a new outfit for the festive season. With all the additional expenses at this time of year, the savings you make can really add up, so it is worth planning your shopping to maximise your savings. There will be discounts available on books, fashion, shoes, gifts, homewares, etc. and many of the beauty brands will be offering free gifts with your purchase. In some cases you may need a coupon code to make a saving and you will find those on the CharityBuy website. We will also be posting some of the offers from our retail partners on our socials (Twitter and Facebook) but even if they don’t appear there, be sure to check the website of all your favourite retailers as there is a good chance they will have some great deals available.

One thing to keep in mind with online shopping this year is that we have been warned of the possibility of some COVID-related stock shortages and delivery delays, so it is best not to leave the shopping to the last minute. Many of our retail partners have Christmas delivery deadlines in the first week of December but to be on the safe side - and of course, to take advantage of the savings – it is best to shop this week.  That way, you can bag a bargain and then relax knowing there is plenty of time for delivery and you won’t have to battle it out with the crowds at the shops as the big day approaches. Of course, if you shop online with CharityBuy retailers your purchase will also be helping to raise funds for a good cause – and what could be better than that?

Good luck with the bargain-hunting – and thank you for supporting a great charity by shopping online via CharityBuy!

P.S. Have you heard about Giving Tuesday? Held the day after Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday is an international day of giving intended as a response to the commercialisation of the holiday season. The idea is to encourage people to think about the true meaning of Christmas and give to a good cause or those less fortunate. However, the great thing is that with CharityBuy, every day is Giving Tuesday! You can shop online at any time and support the organisation of your choice without it costing you anything extra.
