The Microsoft website is where you can buy all the software and apps you need plus hardware like Surface, Xbox and much more.

PLEASE NOTE: The 4.5% contribution is for the download of movies, TV shows and apps. The contribution is just 1% for the purchase of Surface tablets and accessories; MS Office (Non-Subscription) plus accessories. Selected subscriptions receive a flat rate contribution of between $1 and $4 depending on the subscription. There is no contribution for Xbox games, Xbox consoles and accessories; Xbox Game Pass for consoles; Xbox Live Gold;  phones; other software; or services and accessories.

The 5% contribution is for apps and in-app purchases; games and in-game purchases; plus movies, music and TV show downloads and Groove Music Pass. Software purchases (including Non-subscription Office, Windows and other software) earn 3%.  Xbox (games, console, and accessories) will receive a 1% contribution. And phones, accessories and Surface tablets also get 1%. PC hardware sales earn a 1% contribution.  Office 365 monthly subscriptions earn a $3 contribution. ($6 for yearly subscriptions).
